Michael Hajjar

Michael Hajjar is the founder of Longview Properties and an experienced real estate investor with a successful track record of finding deals, raising capital and adding value to income generating residential properties across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Michael started his real estate journey in early 2014 when he invested in a four-family in Quincy, MA. Since then, he has traded over 250 units and is now the majority owner in over 17 million dollars worth of assets. Michael's success is attributed to his hands-on experience, personal connections with brokers, and strong banking relationships, which he leverages to find off market deals and execute investment opportunities. Michael graduated from Bryant University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Jason Rizk serves as the Managing Partner of Longview Properties, a thriving real estate management company in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Since joining the company in 2021, Jason has implemented systems and processes that have led to a more cost-effective, efficient, transparent and reliable property management company that maximizes returns to investors. Jason holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and Global Business from the University of Evansville, Indiana. Jason began his journey in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, where he joined an exhibition business and played a pivotal role in building strong foundations, growing, and ultimately overseeing its acquisition by an international leading firm in exhibitions and tradeshows.
