Longview Properties, LLC (“Longview,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, apply for a rental, or communicate with us (including by SMS/text message).

A. Information you provide to us

  • Leasing/tenant information you provide in connection with rental inquiries, showings, screening, lease administration, and property management communications.

When you visit our website, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect information such as:

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies. (See “Cookies and tracking” below.)

  • Initiating a text conversation with us,

  • Providing your phone number through our website contact form, leasing inquiry, or other intake processes, or

  • Providing your number through resident/tenant systems used to manage service requests, leasing, and account communications. 

B. Message purpose and frequency

Messages may include leasing updates, scheduling, maintenance coordination, office communications, and account-related notifications. Message frequency varies.

C. Opt-out and help

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  • For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in the “Contact us” section below.

    Carriers and messaging providers commonly require support for opt-out/help keywords (e.g., STOP/HELP). 

D. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

E. No sale of SMS opt-in data

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. (We may share data with service providers who help us deliver messages and operate our business, as described below.)

B. Resident portal and rental applications

Our website links to a Resident Center / Rental Application portal operated by a third-party platform. If you use those links, your information is handled under that platform’s policies and terms.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, safety, and security.

D. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
